I remember sailing in the very first regatta back in the May School holidays, 1966. There were were 200 dinghys, all starting at once ! ![]()

Many crews were billeted by local families or they just camped at the club.![]()

Now there are many one design divisions, each having their own starts and starting lines. ![]()

Just as we did, I am sure the kids are learning heaps and enjoying the competition and the camaraderie.
